Study trip to the Netherlands

On the occasion of the 20-year company anniversary, SOLVE Consulting undertook a study trip to the Netherlands. In addition to a very interesting appointment in the Ministry of Health, the program also included visits to the Demenzdorf Hogeweyk, the Meander Medisch Centrum in Amersfoort and a typical Dutch primary health care center in Weesp, a rural structure near Amsterdam. The resulting information and impressions can be read in the form of 2 articels in the ÖKZ (the first part has appeared in the edition 2017 01-02, the second is in the edition 03-04).

SOLVE was charged with developing a long-term Master Plan that presents alternative scenarios for future structural developments flexibly.

Outpatient Documentation Project

The national standardization outpatient documentation was implementated nationwide by January 1^st, 2014. SOLVE Consulting participated in the preperation on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

University Hospital Graz – Target planning Radiology finalized

Evaluation and update of the Masterplan (Program 2020) in 4 steps. The result is a preconcerted room and functional schedule as well as a forcast of investment costs and consequential costs which are the basis for further planning.
